Sam FINALLY gave birth to Zed’s twin girls. In today’s Day By Day strip, the babies are having dinner and RIGHT THERE, out in the open are Sam’s boobs. Well, you can see the parts of her boobs that don’t have a baby’s face pressed against it.

This is terrible! Horrible! What will little blue-haired church ladies do? I’ll tell you. They are going to call the editor and cancel their subscriptions, that’s what. And as a former editor, I assure you that editors live in mortal terror that little old blue-haired ladies will cancel their subscriptions because they are practically the only people who don’t read the news for free on the Web. And there is always the risk that any random old lady on the phone MIGHT be a member of your publisher’s mother’s garden club.

And don’t argue with me about how small these boobies are, or that you don’t really notice them unless you look really hard. There are TV stations that were fined hundreds of thousands of dollars because Janet Jackson’s pasty-covered boob was visible for a fraction of a second during a Super Bowl halftime.

Boobies are dangerous, I tell! Dangerous! Those things have the power to wreck careers and topple entire civilizations!!!! IEEEEEEEE! Click on the image at your OWN RISK!

It’s called “How Superman Should Have Ended” and anyone who read a lot of comics as a kid will appreciate it.

Oh, great. The ONE attractive female comic book fan in America attends [tag]Comic-Con[/tag] this year, and I didn’t attend. Dammit.
