Good thing I had to work, or I would have felt obligated to enjoy the company of my fellow bloggers at Castle’s Patio Inn, Feh. Who needs laughter, pretty women and intelligent conversation anyway? [tags]blogger bash[/tags] Scott Janz reports that his Nightmare on Illinois Avenue is just about over. [tags]contractors,rental[/tags] Unfortunately, I won’t be there. In keeping with newly established tradition, a bash will be held this Tuesday, the fifth one of the month when the City Council won’t be meeting, at Castle’s Patio Inn on Loucks at ‘happy hour’ at approximately 6:00 p.m. Because of a new work schedule, I won’t be attending the bash — or Peoria City Council meetings for that matter — for quite somje time.
