From the Associated Press:
An attempted carjacking was foiled and the suspect captured when he ran and became mired in freshly poured concrete at a construction site, police said.
I’d like to think it was that super-duper fast drying cement, and he ran through it do fast it all splashed up and covered his body and dried instantly, turning him into an statue. That would have been cool.
