Debra Lafave talks much, says little

Remember Debra Lafave? The hot-blonde school teacher who got busted for giving a 14-year-old student the ride of his life? Several rides, in fact?

Well, now that her trial’s over and she essentially escapped without punishment, she’s talking to the media. And it’s about what you woduld expect. She talked about making bad choices and how the media is picking on her and tried to blame it on the kid and how she wasn’t really grown up at that point in her life (no kidding).

Still, I cannot help but believe that this kid came away from this far less damaged — if at all — than a female student would have been had the genders been reversed.

And at least Lafave didn’t trap the poor bastard by giving birth to his kid and pledging her eternal love to him.
